What the workflow does
Generated technical documentation follows the information categories in Annex VII, Module A. The declaration draft follows the Annex VIII model structure deterministically.
Requirement cards distinguish current obligations from future-dated provisions and areas dependent on implementing or delegated acts. Missing evidence stays marked as not supplied or not determined.
The manufacturer remains the sole economic operator bearing legal responsibility for packaging conformity. Every Declaration generated by the service requires manufacturer review and signature.
Important timing distinctions
- Article 7 recycled-content minimums begin in 2030 or later depending on implementing acts.
- Article 10 packaging-minimisation requirements begin on 1 January 2030.
- Official 2026 guidance says Annex VII conformity assessment for recyclability is not required until Article 6(4) delegated acts enter into force.
- Article 12 harmonised material labelling is phased from 12 August 2028 or later.
