Data we collect
Account email, manufacturer and packaging information, supporting files, payment references, subscription status, service logs and consented analytics events. Payment-card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored by PPWR Docs.
Why we use it
To authenticate users, save and recover records, generate requested documents, process purchases, secure private files, provide support, prevent abuse and understand service performance where consent permits.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication, PostgreSQL database and private file storage. Stripe processes payments and subscriptions. Vercel hosts the application. Resend may deliver transaction emails. Google analytics and advertising tags operate only according to the consent setting.
Storage and security
Evidence and generated outputs use private storage. Access is controlled with row-level security and authenticated or time-limited downloads. Public QR pages expose only deliberately selected packaging information and never evidence files or billing data.
Retention
Purchased records are not deleted solely because an optional subscription ends. Draft claims expire after 24 hours. Users should independently export dossiers. Operational and legal retention periods will be documented by the service operator before launch.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time. Contact support@ppwrdocs.com.
Controller details
The owner must insert the data-controller legal name, postal address, registration details, privacy contact and any required supervisory-authority information before accepting live users.
