What applies

• Register first on the MOHU Partner Portal, complete EPR producer registration, then complete the National Waste Management Authority registration before starting the regulated activity.
• Registration route: self service plus pro or epr scheme

What to prepare

• Legal company name and registered address
• Company/trade registration number
• VAT or tax number
• Contact person, email and telephone
• Brands/trading names
• Packaging types, component materials and weights
• Country-level annual quantities by required reporting category

How to submit

1. 1Create the company account on the MOHU Partner Portal.
2. 2Complete MOHU EPR producer registration and select the packaging circular-product codes.
3. 3Apply for National Waste Management Authority registration before activity starts.
4. 4Submit quarterly quantity data and reconcile MOHU invoices.
5. 5Retain both registrations, returns, invoices and payment records.

• MOHU producer-registration confirmation, authority registration evidence, EPR invoices and filed quantity returns.
• Submitted quantity declarations and acceptance receipts
• PRO/EPR scheme contract and invoices where applicable
• Representative mandate and confirmation where applicable

Ongoing obligations

• Submit EPR quantity data by circular-product code on the statutory quarterly schedule and pay MOHU invoices; maintain matching internal records.
• Update the registration when company, representative, brand, packaging stream or contact information changes.
• Reconcile national reports to sales and packaging bills of materials; retain the submitted values and official result.
