How to submit

3. 3Join Valorlux for applicable household packaging or the approved non-household route.
4. 4Provide company, brand, material and annual quantity data.
5. 5Retain registration/membership, declarations, invoices and reporting acceptance.

• Environment Agency/approved-organisation registration or membership evidence and accepted annual declarations.
• Submitted quantity declarations and acceptance receipts
• PRO/EPR scheme contract and invoices where applicable
• Representative mandate and confirmation where applicable

Ongoing obligations

• Declare annual packaging quantities by material and household/non-household stream to the approved organisation or authority route.
• Update the registration when company, representative, brand, packaging stream or contact information changes.
• Reconcile national reports to sales and packaging bills of materials; retain the submitted values and official result.
