What applies

• Create SILiAmb credentials, complete the producer/packer or authorised-representative classification, and choose an integrated system or approved individual system for every applicable packaging stream.
• Registration route: self service plus pro or epr scheme

What to prepare

• Legal company name and registered address
• Company/trade registration number
• VAT or tax number
• Contact person, email and telephone
• Brands/trading names
• Packaging types, component materials and weights
• Country-level annual quantities by required reporting category

How to submit

1. 1Register the user/company in SILiAmb.
2. 2Complete producer/packer or authorised-representative classification for packaging.
3. 3Select and contract an integrated management entity or approved individual system.
4. 4Submit annual correction and estimate declarations by 31 March.
5. 5Retain the registration number, contract and declaration receipts.

What to keep

• SILiAmb producer/packer registration number, management-system contract and annual declaration acceptance.
• Submitted quantity declarations and acceptance receipts
• PRO/EPR scheme contract and invoices where applicable
• Representative mandate and confirmation where applicable

Ongoing obligations

• Submit annual correction and estimate declarations in SILiAmb by 31 March and report material/quantity data to the selected management entity.
• Update the registration when company, representative, brand, packaging stream or contact information changes.
• Reconcile national reports to sales and packaging bills of materials; retain the submitted values and official result.
