What applies

• Create the AFM online account for environmental-fund declarations and an ANPM SIM account for packaging reporting. Contract an authorised OIREP or document individual fulfilment and recycling evidence.

What to prepare

• Legal company name and registered address
• Company/trade registration number
• VAT or tax number
• Contact person, email and telephone
• Brands/trading names
• Packaging types, component materials and weights
• Country-level annual quantities by required reporting category

How to submit

1. 1Create/verify the company account in AFM Online and ANPM SIM.
2. 2Determine whether obligations are transferred to an authorised OIREP or fulfilled individually.
3. 3Maintain monthly placed-on-market packaging masses by material.
4. 4File AFM declarations/payments and ANPM packaging reports on the applicable schedule.
5. 5Retain OIREP contracts, achievement evidence, declaration receipts and payment records.

What to keep

• AFM account/declaration receipts, ANPM SIM reporting confirmation and OIREP contract/achievement evidence where collective fulfilment is used.
• Submitted quantity declarations and acceptance receipts
• PRO/EPR scheme contract and invoices where applicable
• Representative mandate and confirmation where applicable

Ongoing obligations

• Maintain monthly material mass records, file AFM environmental-fund declarations/payments on the applicable schedule, and submit packaging data through the ANPM reporting system.
• Update the registration when company, representative, brand, packaging stream or contact information changes.
• Reconcile national reports to sales and packaging bills of materials; retain the submitted values and official result.
