What applies

• Register as a packaging producer in ISOH and appoint/contract an authorised OZV unless an approved individual-compliance route applies.
• Registration route: self service plus pro or epr scheme

What to prepare

• Legal company name and registered address
• Company/trade registration number
• VAT or tax number
• Contact person, email and telephone
• Brands/trading names
• Packaging types, component materials and weights
• Country-level annual quantities by required reporting category

How to submit

1. 1Apply for entry in the ISOH Register of Packaging Producers.
2. 2Choose and contract an authorised packaging OZV.
3. 3Provide company, brands, packaging types and planned material weights.
4. 4Maintain records and submit packaging reports through the agreed route.
5. 5Retain the register entry, OZV contract, reports and contribution invoices.

What to keep

• Entry in the ISOH packaging-producer register and OZV contract, with accepted packaging reports.
• Submitted quantity declarations and acceptance receipts
• PRO/EPR scheme contract and invoices where applicable
• Representative mandate and confirmation where applicable

Ongoing obligations

• Keep packaging mass records and submit the packaging notification/report through the applicable ISOH/OZV route by material and packaging stream.
• Update the registration when company, representative, brand, packaging stream or contact information changes.
• Reconcile national reports to sales and packaging bills of materials; retain the submitted values and official result.
